Croydon is the leading Social Enterprise Borough in the United Kingdom. We are a stroke charity group and a link for stroke victims and their families to people who want to lend a hand; We are a link to people like researchers, medical practitioners, media people, social service workers, financial supporters, donors and other charity institutions. We are partnered both locally with key groups and organizations that have pledged support. We believe that stroke should be prevented because it is preventable. Our vision is for a world with fewer strokes and one where victims get the help they need. Our mission is to prevent strokes. And support those who have been touched by the stroke to move on in life.
We have the professionalism, the passion, the Innovation, the respect and openness, and the ability to work as a team. Professionalism, because we have proven that we can deliver; Passion, because we believe that there is life after a stroke; Innovation – because we continually adopt to new necessities and new callings for our support; Respect and Openness because we feel for the stroke victim as well as the benefactor and they both need to see each other through us thus, we aim for utter transparency; Teamwork – because we believe that without streamlined cooperation with our supporters, donors, workers and enthusiasts, there is no way for us to be able to attain our vision and mission.
